Dr. Elaine O’Brien is a pioneer at the intersection of fitness and well-being.  She has a PhD in Kinesiology and is one of the first 100 people in the world to get a Masters degree in Positive Psychology.  She's an is an educator, trainer, author, speaker, and has worked with senior adults and directors in physical activity design, positive leadership and uplifting flourishing for the past 20 years.

In this episode we explore the concepts of embodied well-being, the importance of alignment, the role of rhythm and connection in physical wellness, and how we're taught to think about aging (and why you don't have to buy into it!)
