My mission is to help people live their most vital lives

The foundation of my core beliefs is that the combination of intentional physical movement and positive psychology leads to a life full of positivity, purpose, vibrant health, mental agility, and joy. As a pioneer fitness leader, expert in the psychology of well-being and movement science, I have learned it’s possible to live a life at any age, filled with meaning, vitality, and appreciation. Your body can be a path to a better you.

I am one of the first 100 people worldwide to earn a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania under the direction of world renowned, Dr. Martin Seligman. After MAPP, I studied for my PhD in Human Movement Psychology from Temple University Kinesiology, earning my doctorate in 2015.

Through my professional speaking, writing, teaching, and fitness program design, I have led tens of thousands of people, and organizations, large and small, to move toward flourishing.
